Caroline Rigault
Master Practitioner in Ericksonian Hypnosis
Fascinated since childhood by the human mind, the border between conscious and unconscious, psychic well-being, emotions, human relationships and altered states of consciousness, I studied psychology at university in Quebec, to then train me in the practice and art of hypnosis in Paris.
Personally, hypnosis as a therapeutic tool has allowed me to go beyond my beliefs, restructure the representation I had of certain events and free myself from emotions to be more attentive to what is right at each moment of life.
Always so passionate, I welcome you with an open heart, in my office in Geneva, to help you achieve (gently but effectively) your level of well-being.
